This villa is a three-story, seven-bedroom, air-conditioned mansion built in high-quality materials. There is a fantastic sea view from all rooms (except one bedroom). The villa can accommodate up to 14 people. The lower floor has direct access to the baby pool and terrace. The floor consists of a fitness and gaming room (football and table tennis), a washing room and an underground garage for three cars. The middle floor consists of a view sitting lounge with access to the pool area and terraces, a 14 guest dining room with a sea view, a tv area, and a fully equipt kitchen with a dining table for six people. The top floor consists of five bedrooms. Four rooms have their own bathroom/toilet, build-in closets, balcony and a fantastic sea view. The master bedroom is equipped with a jacuzzi. You have the whole house as a guest, not sharing with anybody. The house is on a 3200 m2 nature plot with a fence and an automated car gate.
