The villa Gemini, is a three-story, seven-bedroom, air-conditioned mansion built in high-quality materials. From all rooms (except two bedrooms) there is an amazing sea view. The villa can accommodate 14. The ground floor has direct access to the baby pool and terrace. The floor consists of a fitness and gaming room (football and billiard), a table tennis room, a washing room, an underground garage for 3 cars and an extra guest bedroom (not a part of the bedrooms). The middle floor consists of a view sitting lounge with access to the pool area and terraces, a 14 guest dining room with a sea view, a tv area with and a full equipt kitchen with a dining table for 6 people. The floor also has two external bedrooms (queen-size double beds) with their own bathroom/toilet and own entrance from outside. In front of the whole of the middle floor facing the sea, is a large terrace with a splendid view of the sea. The upper floor consists of five bedrooms. All of them with their own bathroom/toilet, build-in closets, balcony and an amazing sea view. The master bedroom is equipped with a jacuzzi.
As a guest, you have got the whole house for your self not sharing with anybody.
The house is located on a 4500 m2 nature plot with a fence all around and an automated car gate.
